Why is this not selling??

Cut the advert down. Do they need to know that you've fixed things on the car? They're fixed, therefore not an issue - if it was a wear item it would be different.
Maybe take away the "must go by date", the crafty may wait and see if it doesn't sell, then hit you when they know you are desperate.

Its harder to value a car like this because you won't have a big list of similar cars sold to compare with and establish a market value. On older cars the condition tends to be more important than the milage (as long as the miles aren't through the roof) and indeed very low miles can be offputting because it means the car has done all low milage journeys.
Looking at completed listings on ebay, 2 Felicia's that are y2000 petrol sold in the last month, one for £350 and one for £392. Another dozen with higher start prices didn't sell. My guess is that £1000 is too much, but of course its all down to what someone will pay and if you wait long enough the right buyer might come along.

Definitely this. Maybe take away the "must go by date", the crafty may wait and see if it doesn't sell, then hit you when they know you are desperate.
