Crank pulley rubber

I'm currently re-building my MGB GT engine but I've found the balance rubber on / in the crank pulley is completely fecked.
I tried sourcing a second hand one but the rubber was in equally bad condition and a brand new one (including VAT & Postage) works out at over £100!
Is there a company that can replace the rubber?
