I was adding a third scenario to the reason that cars sell very quickly. I wasn't being specific to this car.

There are a lot of people on this forum that seem intent on under valuing, questioning or deriding just about every car that comes onto the market. It's a shame. Decent dealers selling good cars are often on a hiding to nothing because of it. In this instance a lot of people missed out on a bargain.

I see this on other forums too, Steve - even from Porsche owners. I can't understand it.

^^^ Agreed, one of a kind this example and IMHO the price did not reflect its rarity ^^^

Picking the yellow one up on Saturday. Should really have got a 7.1 to go with the others.

Lovely collection. That's so cool. Thanks for sharing.

How do you ever find the time to drive them all?

Blue is still the best. My colleague has a mexico blue 7.2 RS would fit into that picture perfectly.

Which one? I know the previous owner of the 6 as I bought it privately but don't know the previous owner of the 7 as it was bought from an OPC. Would love to know though.

He's talking about the Mexico blue RS discussed above...

I also talked with JZM about the Signal Yellow RS, unfortunately for me I was away on business when it popped up. Wasnt comfortable going forward without viewing...meanwhile you snapped it up. smile Looking forward to seeing some pics out in the open not under the lights of the showroom.. Congratulations. but your correct you really need a Gen1 RS....in orange maybe...fancy a swop? wink

As far as I can tell, none of this part involves any of your cars.

I see what you mean. I think it's the inability to part quote. It should have read -

Then probably not my ex-car, as I did always spec the bi-xenons.

Cheers
