If I had a penny every time someone said that. La Source reminds me about it often. wink.

I remember going to see it the day the ad went up, having a bit of a row with Russ, and making him an offer the next day. Lucky timing.

But having bought it, I decided to sell spider man as I didn’t need 2 3.8s. Bad mistake. Looked amazing in the flesh.

It’s the RS avoidance thread. W99 ASP is avoiding you.

You’ll be the first to know when I’ve sold it wink.

As many of you know I had a head on with a bus in July and my 997 GT3 was declared a total loss. As it has recently been sold by Copart i thought I should add it to this thread.

reg RF57 EBN

Beneath that damage it needed both chassis legs replacing, in fact it needed a whole new front of the car from the windscreen forward, both airbags deployed as well.

29000 miles on the clock.

So be careful if buying a red one.
Interesting that this is up for sale now with apparently no miles added in 3 years???

Really suits it. Even better than the orange suited the 997.1 RS.

Alpinestars lovely cars, but it might be better setting up a thread for nice GT3's rather than adding them to this thread which up till now only contained crashed cars people need to avoid or be aware of the history

Just a thought?

You've got the value right, but I think he'd rather sell to the sort of guy who'd buy on sight, no questions asked, sold as seen. I'm good like that.

At least that way he'd know he's seen the back of it for good. hehe
