Hi guys,
Been looking for a 996 GT3 but I have always had soft spot for the 993. I have just seen the following come up for sale. Anyone know the car? What are you thoughts/opinions on it? Anyone else bought anything from Gmund cars?

I thought I wouldn't, but actulally I really like it.

I'm surprised at the mileage however, it seems very low, I'd be checking that out first.

Best of luck smile

Have you driven a C4? Do you like them.

6k mark-up for a cup of coffee seems reasonable to me.

In the current market that C4 is a bargain. If it was at JZM im sure they'd be asking £45k.

I'd get it bought quick!

That is lovely and well worth the money, especially with that mileage.

Its got the right engine....but why convert a C4?!...and its got a sunroof.

Maybe that explains the cost.

Sell the spoilers and put the bodywork back to standard, you'd end up with a few quid in your pocket and have (IMO) a better looking car.

If it were me, I'd fit the smaller RS spoiler pack I think.

Thanks guys for all your input. The car is lovely and I agree with all your comments. I just have to decide if I can warrant selling my Giallo Ginestra Integrale for it. I probably wouldn't hesitate if it were 996 Gt3. Will have to make a decision quick.

Hmmmmm, Integrale you say. Totaly different motor, but the 911 will be no faster on the twisities. I had the chance around 6 years ago or so to buy a Giallo Integrale for £6700.00 The guy selling it just didnt have a clue and was in desperate straigthts financialy, but my wife point blankly told me that I had enough motors already, I'd even explained that values were about to rocket.

I pointed one out to her and the price they now fetch only just the other day. She kept mute.

It would be a fine line either way, Integrale Vs 993 to me.

Then that's your answer.

Wait for the car you actually want.

nothing converted as it not a rep is it. just a C4S with a body kit. nothing rep about it.

Needs to lose the rear wing.

Its got a 3.8 Engine in it, so I'd say that's a pretty sizeable part of an RS Conversion. I just don't get why they would go that far on a C4 platform.

...if it was a 4S then that would be even worse!

I guess they converted what they could buy. It was purchased smashed then converted. The engine was toast when the accident happened apparently, along with with the front tub and suspension.

Interesting info. Thank god for forums eh.

It annoys me that dealers don't mention that stuff in the advert. Bit shady really. I know they hope to get someone on the phone and reel them in a bit first (providing they are actually going to mention it at all), but still, they should just come clean in the advert. Anyone who wouldn't touch a damaged car won't be interested anyway and anyone who would, would pick up the phone if they wanted to know more.

A great looking car mind, I wouldn't change anything on it.
