I even played with photoshop to see what a SY version would look like (some fag packet editing):

That looks great.

Anyway, 996.2 is 0.1 better than 996.1. No argument.

New one on the market.

Sensibly priced from a dealer.

Very decent price for a ‘low’ mileage car.

Shows they've stopped going up in price. Should tempt true enthusiasts rather than investors.
Too mileage sensitive for me to push the button

Comfort though... Probably the ginger step child of the 996 GT3 market in terms of desirability... Will be a great buy for someone... German market for CS cars still reasonably strong and making any UK LHD cars look a bargain... Interesting times...

It's amazing just how much more exciting the 996 GT3 interior looks with a cage, bucket seats and the Cup three spoke (non-airbag) steering wheel.

The big elephant in the room is that its also red! if it was yellow, it would add £10k to the asking price

Say with a bit of haggling it can be had for £57k, add £4.5k for a pair of genuine Recaros, add another £1k for tequipment cage, minus £1k for the sale of Comfort leather seats.

So £61.5k for a 31k miles car in good colour from a dealer; I think that’s pretty decent, and the price is definitely softer now than 12 months ago.

Has that car featured previously/been advertised elsewhere? It seems familiar for some reason.

Are you thinking of the well known 53 plate GR Clubsport one?

No, a GR "Low" mile comfort spec. Not in a negative context, just that it's ringing a bell.

That’s not a club sport, it’s a comfort with buckets and a techquipment cage. Still a nice car though

You need to do a firmware update on your anorak and thermos.

I'm wearing burgundy shorts though! Maybe it's the lack of socks and sandals that are letting me down?

Is it me or is there a Porsche crest missing on those seats?

Is that a comfort with a set of designteks?
