You can get a 111 point check from Porsche for about £200 I think. Depending on the model you should also get a check for bore scoring which I think is not included in the 111 check.

OP: If, as the per the title, you are seeking independent, there are two well-known people who do this - Phil Raby and Peter Morgan. I think both would cover Cardiff.
