That looks like the BMW colour Dakar Yellow or very close to it. It was a current colour on the M3 when that GT2 was made.

Amazing to see a car in that condition....lordy!

I think its simply "Pastel Yellow" - they did it on the boxster - or at least something very similar.

I would guess its Pastel Yellow, have a 993 Turbo in the same colour. Superb Colour which is not unlike Bmw Dakar yellow. Sometimes difficult to get the colour to show properly in photos, thought my mileage was low at 12k 😊😊 Gt2 has tofeel showroom fresh as my car still feels new..

picture was taking by friend with a huge lot more talent than me for taking pics.
he certainly has managed to capture how Pastel Yellow looks to the eye, and not how it sometimes looks to the camera lens. Awesome pic...

Bill Stein (remember him?!) had a 9934s in that colour, lovely thing. Same colour as the wife's old vw bug.

Not sure it was PTS? Might have been a short lived standard colour? As above, there are plenty of early boxsters in that colour, might have been a 96-97-98 colour?

Great , now this is a real Porsche , do not like the colour at all.
Funny no one puts it on their list of great Porsches but it is the best and always keeps your attention when driving harder...
The only one I would buy to drive....rest buy to store as a little boring..
