What sort of deals have people managed to do this year and, especially, in the last couple of months?

It will vary considerably.

A highly sought after model, with limited allocation, built to order - probably nothing.

A mainstream cancelled order, late in an accounting period, on an outgoing model - maybe 15-20%?

Typically, though, 5% is probably the norm.

Big difference buying a car from stock vs new build to order. I got 10% off a new 991.1 C2S from stock a couple of years ago, and was offered 13% off a 991 Turbo S from stock. Last week I tried placing an order for a new build 991.2 -but got nothing more than 2.5% off after much haggling, so have decided to wait a little longer.

I guess the F-pace will steal a chunk of Macan sales but still can't see Porsche discounting the Macan much if at all....

Nothing off a Caymen GTS. The OPC just laughed. Decided in the end to save a chunk of cash & buy a 997 Gen 2 C2S. They didn't laugh then when I cancelled my order for a new CGTS.

laugh

(obviously an OPC is under no obligation to discount, but for some reason that story tickled me)

I would expect some very good deals on Panameras - as the current model must be due for replacement fairly soon.

I don't know, I tried to order another one but they had not build slots left

That would probably suggest the new one will be launched soon then, have you tried more than one OPC? I'd be interested to know myself.
