And my friend still has the set of genuine 997.1 Turbo wheels with TPM for sale in the classifieds here and PCGB Forum.

Perhaps won't help you this winter, but I got a set on genuine Porsche 18" wheels with Pirelli winter tyres on for my 997 Cayman last summer from Porsche centre for less than £1000.00
Fitted them a couple of weeks ago but not seen any real winter weather yet, if they perform well I'll be going back for a set to suit my 911 991.
