997 Turbo Techart Coupe
Discussion
I should have stated my deposit is down on a 997.1 Turbo, sorry.
There seems to be a bit of a hang up on cars that have been modified a previous owner just in case it has been more ragged than normal! I guess maybe the best way to go about a purchase would be to buy an unmodified example, modify as you like, and keep the original bits to return the car to std ready for sale time.
I personally don't 'get' the whole bling bodywork scene - seems to cheapen the car in my mind. I do however understand those that swap the exhaust for something that sings and a sensible remap to free a few extra horses. My lovely 964 had a de-cat pipe and a cup pipe to replace the stock items and I loved the throaty 'tug boat' tune :-)
