I have the electric folding mirrors.
Have you read the manual (non meant to sound sarcastic...)?I believe you have to possibly have the car in reverse, then move the mirror, then it will remember it the next time. It’s also possible that you need the seat memory pack too to get this feature.
Pretty sure you don’t need the electric folding mirrors for this feature, think the sport design will do it too as it’s only the glass moving like a mirror adjustment.

If your car arrives in early feb and you are picking it up on March 1st on an 18plate, when do you have hand over the cash? On arrival at the dealership or when driving away in it?
Normally the way it works is you put down your deposit to place the order, then once the car goes in to build some dealers will ask you to bring this up to 10% of the cars value and the balance is normally due a week before collection. As that was the process on my CGTS. AndyCGTS said:
I currently have a 981 Cayman GTS, there are no other cars I am really interested in to be honest.
Now here’s a name I recognise from the cayman gts thread (I too am moving to a gts from a 981 Boxster gts), I thought I had seen you post that you wouldn’t be going for this car though, have I got that wrong or have you changed your mind?I literally haven’t even test driven any other car, I knew this was the car for me next!
Congrats on joining the club late in the game, do you have an allocation before the shutdown?

It takes me ages to make a choice to be honest but I think its the natural progression but I don't think I have ever dismissed it. However, I've had a 911.2S for a week while mine was in for some work and its really grown on me. It's the first turbo car I have driven which has little to no lag and its a really competent package. My order is caveat'ed though as the car has to be Mexico Blue no ifs, ands, or buts.. So all being well, it's going to be one of the last cars off the production line later this year early next I am more than happy to wait for the color.
This is my current spec http://www.porsche-code.com/PJ236RZ3
However, I also want the following changes:
Blue Stitching instead of Rhodium Silver
Wheels in Platinum Satin
Few other little bits and bobs

Have you driven a gts yet? I much preferred the power delivery over the S. Same feeling I got after driving the Boxster gts after an s. Love;y spec, similar to mine (ticked nearly every box), although I didn’t go for pccb, I just couldn’t justify the fist to myself, and I fix have pdcc, but removed it in the end, I preferred the drive without it, have you driven one with and without?
I went for pts too, Mexico blue was on the list at one point. Mine weighs in at 131k, but it’s a Cab.
Not sure you’ll get the blue stitching without removing the gts pack, they are pretty strict I think, it would end up as exclusive and cost thousands. The wheels also might need o be singed by the opc, that’s how some have got around it.
I nearly went for the personalised card on lit sills too, but didn’t want to make it too persons; to affect resale, so I just went with the standard carbon lit ones.
Hope you get what you want, anything’s possible if you’re willing to pay got it. I read of someone wanting a different colour centre stripe on the top of a gt3 steering wheel and just for that one tiny piece of deviated stitching was thousands.

No, I've not driven the GTS yet I am looking forward to my PEC Silverstone day for that one. I also want to test SPASM and PDCC out to see what the difference is as I am a little unsure. As from what I understand the SPASM is effectively running the X73 style spring rates and ride heights but with the PASM dampers if anything I will probably prefer that i think but I will review it. I currently have PCCB on my CGTS and one thing that stood out to me straight away driving this 911 was how much more modulation it needs over a PCCB based car and its muted feel. However, these are all very personal things.
The stitching is a option I have been playing about with really but I am more than happy with the Rhodium Silver.
However, the wheels and PTS I have knocked up a few examples in Photoshop and I am very happy with that. One thing I have been informed of though is the center locks themselves will remain black. I can post my mock up if you like?

OPC I use just asks for standard deposit, none of this 10% stuff although I know some OPC’s do. Our Cayenne arrived early Feb last year, they were very relaxed about us not taking delivery until March. Think if it was over quarter end tha would have been different though.
Strangely your same OPC - who is my local one - told me in December that they would require a deposit on order and then an additional 10% when it went into lockdown. I was a enquiring about a Targa GTSMind you they also promised to call me in Jan about placing an order for said car for later this year and guess what - once again they havent called!! Frustrating as they are always saying they want my business when I go into service dept etc. And yet once again cos they are too busy to bother to chase down an obvious time waster. So today I’ve spoken to another OPC today and they are on case Instead!
LOL - whinge over!

I drove a Boxster on x73 and didn’t like it, found it too crashy so went with pasm on the 981 and didn’t regret it. On the 991 I drove a car with the standard suspension, then the -20, and the pdcc, again I found the -20 a little hard on the country roads around silverstone, but that’s ok as I’ve got a cab coming which doesn’t get the option of the -20 anyway.
Pdcc, at the pec they told me that it works well on a bigger car like the panamera, but just isn’t needed on the 911.
I would have liked the yellow callipers against my viper green paint, but I’m not paying 6k for yellow callipers! I’ve actualy never driven a car with ceramics, so you can’t miss what you’ve never had.
Yep, please post the mock up.

I got into a right pickle about this at my new local OPC the other day. We went through the configurator and the Sales bod was telling me that the 20mm lowered was an extra option only in conjunction with PDCC, but i was saying i thought it was standard and -10mm was a no cost option. On another note, long-time lurking, first time posting. Would like to thank all contributors to this thread. I've been through all 164 pages and it has been invaluable. I am close to flopping down a deposit on a GTS, subject to build slots for PTS.
Cheers

This is from the GTS Catalogue PDF:"The 911 GTS Coupé models are equipped with the PASM sports suspension. The body sits 10 mm even lower. The springs are harder and shorter, and the anti-roll bars on the front and rear axles are stiffer. The front spoiler lip is larger, and the rear spoiler extends even further."
The online configuration states the following for Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) incl. ride height lowered by 10 mm option:
"The standard PASM sports suspension (20mm lowered) is replaced with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) with a ride height lowered by 10 mm."
I'm even confused now.
