I've bought numerous cars of them and have had email conversations with them. May I suggest it may have gone astray and why not pick the phone up and speak to Simon or Ian directly.

Dealt with Kevan Humphreys on numerous re buying and selling and always good. Either they are busy or as someone else mentioned try the old fashioned way of picking up the phone - it dooesn't cost much nowadays and you'll get more from a convo rather than a 3 day email ping-pong.
that aside, there are plenty of C2s and c4s on the market....

They must have missed something...I've bought three cars through them and they've always been very attentive.

Emailed Ian a few weeks ago about two cars and he came back to me straight away.

They've got new servicing facilities and I know they've been busy..

If they've not got back to you in this amount of time though, quite right.....vote with your feet...

I'm not entirely convinced by them.

When I was looking for a 996 or 986, I called them to look at a 996 Targa they had for very reasonable money.

I know I was probably a little vague about my potential purchase - but they didn't do anything that made me want to go back to them, even though I was quite tempted by the car.

Ended up with a 986 from Williams Crawford, as they couldn't be more helpful.

I like them, they know there stuff (like Adrian Crawford) especially on older Porsche. When I met Iain face to face I thought him a very nice guy with some lovely cars that he took the time to show me around; most it seemed in long term storage for customers.

I do have severe trust issues with most dealers, however like I have stated above, he seemed a nice knowledgeable chap who personally I would quite happily deal with.

I've had no dealings with the company in question, so I couldn't comment, but quite honestly from my own experience of car buying this is often typical.

I've experienced complete indifference from salesman at Nissan, Renault, Audi, BMW and to a lesser extent Porsche and yet I've gone on to buy vehicles often from the same dealership because I wanted a particular car.

As for e-mail.....I find that a waste of time. When I was looking for a used 911 a few years back and initially enquired on about 5 or 6 by e-mail, I think only one came back to me.

As much as it annoys me at the time, I think to a certain extent that you have to ignore the old saying that'you buy from people' and initially at least just concentrate instead on the car in question and maybe take a bit of a view on the communication side of things.

ha ha i have thick skin dont worry but im sorry there is no excuse for bad service does not matter if your buying a loaf of bread or a 100k car it costs nothing to be civil and polite, yes i like to think there are still companies out there that offer both but maybe im wrong.

I am with F430Hunter. Not sure if CMoose is being sarcastic but you should not have to buy anything to get good service but especially if you are looking to spend more than a years average salary on something. No excuse, whatsoever. These days you can get emails to your phone so if you have an email address answer emails otherwise remove it from your website.
