Chaps, how much would you guestimate for a front end and rear kidney paint job by a quality even PAB body shop?
Saw a car I'm interested in but it's peppered with stone chips to the point where even the front valance is peeling.

I''m thinking 2.5K anyone had similar work done recently to a good standard?

It's a 2015 991

Thanks

There might be some regional variance on quotes. £2-£2.5k sounds about right if you're happy with a quality job that will last.

No doubt in my mind that you'll find cheaper options which will look good on collection but will not hold up to close scrutiny after a few months.

The £1.8k quote was from OPC Bristol and a two day detail was £500 :-D

Dick Lovett's body shop (OPC Bristol) quoted me £3800 including TIPEC discount to paint front bumper, bonnet, wings, sills and rear bumperto sort out stone chips on my Cayman!

Random quoting then - mine excluded a TIPEC discount - must be those damn complicated Cayman sills

Hi

We do many of these jobs, £2k sounds about right including the VAT and excluding the detailing.
