The most expensive list price 911 of all time.
Do you know what the Weissach pack gives it over standard GT2 RS? Everyone will order the Weissach pack.
Not every 918 was ordered with the weissach pack on a car with a far greater list price so I doubt that will happen on the 2rs. Do you know what the Weissach pack gives it over standard GT2 RS? Everyone will order the Weissach pack.
Per evo or one of the other mags, t'll be a carbon roof, mag wheels and presumably some of the other bits and bobs that appeared on the 918 (less sound deadening, thinner glass, different brake pads and such).

I seem to recall that whist lots wanted the WP, they actually ran out of WP parts....As such had to have the standard car.Per evo or one of the other mags, t'll be a carbon roof, mag wheels and presumably some of the other bits and bobs that appeared on the 918 (less sound deadening, thinner glass, different brake pads and such).

Don't know for sure, no. Seems like Magnesium wheels, carbon roof and titanium roll cage for sure, according to various articles. Do you know what the Weissach pack gives it over standard GT2 RS? Everyone will order the Weissach pack.
I'd also guess it will have radio and AC deleted, but no-cost to add back, and reduced sound deadening. 918 WP also had thinner glass, no front trunk lining, no storage pouch and door pockets removed, ceramic wheel bearings and thinner, titanium-backed brake pads, (and more carbon inside and out), so it depends how far they go.
£30-40k option seems to be a common guesstimate, but again, just a consistent rumour, not a fact.

Was an £80k option or thereabouts, but was 'good value...' compared to adding carbon, wheels etc on their own.
Probably worth at least £200k on second hand cars now.

Difficult days ahead for Porsche in this segment.
Porsche build a handful of cars once every 10 years in this segment........Of course they'll sell every GT2 RS they make with them all being offered at double the money next day from flippers.

Honestly confused as to on what you base this assumption? Porsche have always punched above its weight from a BHP prospective...Of course they'll sell every GT2 RS they make with them all being offered at double the money next day from flippers.

The stripes on the bonnet and roof seem to be exposed carbon.

I like it. Hope it has a turbocharged version of the new GT3 4.0 engine revving out to 9000rpm! Now that would be something!!
Rumour was a 3.8 Turbo S engine @ 7k (peak power 6.6k?) with a water-cooled intercooler. Makes sense for good track reliability.Gassing Station | 911/Carrera GT | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
