Taken from Autocar review of MT GT3.2 in April 2017
"
The two gearboxes share the same first, second, third and fourth gear ratios."
Interesting from Autocar above, But at odds with what the respected US mag Road and Track had to say about the gearing on the first 2. Below "

"
The manual does have tall gearing in its first two ratios (second is good for 81 mph), but the GT3 spends so little time in those gears that it's less of a criticism and more of "
If the MT in the GT3 can pull over 80 as apposed to just over 60 in second, then yes I can see how this would work.

That settles it - Miami it is (on my car that I may or may not get )
I've warmed to it. I used to be critical of it (when I saw it on a Boxster / Cayman) but outside in the flesh on a 991 it looks fantastic. In fact, 10 mins ago I was behind this Miami Blue GTS Targa and it really did look a great colour. Just needs the right car and the 991 is that.
I have an Agate 991.1 GT3 I've had from new. Really like the combination of the platinum wheels and the ceramic brakes. Looks really stealthy imho. I think you will be very happy.
Going for crayon next time around as I wanted a change so went to see an actual car in the flesh at the local dealer today and think it looks great. Colour very personal but that's all part of the fun.

There was a Miami Turbo at the 'ring the other week (that went into the barriers but that's another story) and it really didn't look nice imho.
There was a sapphire blue 991GT3 parked next to it and it looked way better, I had intended to get a picture of the two together for this thread but I didn't get the chance.
I got the impression that the Miami car might have looked better with silver wheels and no black bits but I was less than convinced, it just reminded me of a 1970's British Leyland sort of colour. Sorry!
