In two minds about Crayon - was dead set on it day one - not so sure now - wheels on this car don't help IMHO Looks rather like 'hearing aid beige' in this photo!
Must like it in America though.....its the most popular colour choice specced apparantly.

For those of you contemplating Riviera Blue having secured your PTS slot JZM have just taken a Gen 1 in. I would speculate as to whether that's value but this is the "speccing" thread!

That's lovely that and to think that would have been circa £160k a little while back!http://www.jzmporsche.com/used-vehicle-details/Por...
Does anyone know how much it will cost for Colour to Sample on the GT3?
There is no price on the configurator (It's £3788 for the other 991 cars)
The Metallic colours are the same @ £834, but Lava, Crayon, Miami and Carmine are £1877 for the standard 991's (£2525 for the GT3)
Does this mean they will increase the CTS if you are lucky to get the chance to select this?

Was told about £3.5k so expect your figure for other 991s is about rightThere is no price on the configurator (It's £3788 for the other 991 cars)

I'd guess £4K to £5k so very expensive! I'd have trouble saying no if it was available though....There is no price on the configurator (It's £3788 for the other 991 cars)

Yep whites great on the GT3...especially with red stitching and carbon imo. Metallic white is wasted on the car imo as largely indistuinguishable from flat white on a typically dull UK day, and when the suns on it its too bright anyway.
Does make you wonder though following the established popularity of the 'Apple' effect, how long white has before it possibly falls out of favour.
And for those with yellow stitching fetishes, rumour has it this will be added to the configurator together with yellow steering wheel marker for the second run cars.

It's good to hear that yellow stitching is available on a car I can't get..Does make you wonder though following the established popularity of the 'Apple' effect, how long white has before it possibly falls out of favour.

Oh Yes, looks lovely in those photo's... BUT, anyone considering MB really needs to see it in the flesh. I recently saw a Cayman in it at an OPC and it looked nothing like I thought it would that I questioned the OPC that it really was Miami!! Looked awful (in the flesh)http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/p...
