Are you sure that is not good old plain GT silver under strange lighting...! Whatever i agree with you it does look fantastic...classy yet not too in your face..With regards to manual which i chose depending on how lucky i am,i might change my mind after reading some reviews later this month...

That's a Lamborghini colour...I've seen those photos before somewhere.

I am surprised at the lack of manual gearboxes orders too....still hopefully that means there is more chance of me getting one I don't have a 100% confirmed slot yet (just been told I am getting a 2018 car) so not tempting fate by stating what my spec would be!

True but my sales contact at my OPC has five orders/allocations...all his clients want manual boxes. Statistical anomaly clearly!

It's really about how you're going to use it as much as preference for gearbox. Daily driver...PDK has to be the answer.

I agree but don't see that happening here. The ratio is not far from Porsche's own estimate of 60/40 to PDK.
Also, the American forums are quoting the official 0-60 for PDK at 3.2 V 3.8

That's quite a long way further up the road if speed is your thing.
