This year all gone and smaller allocation next year which I am also unlikely to feature in.......Unless Sir would like to buy a Cayenne and maybe a Turbo S which will improve your chances.
I bet we get the same if not more for 2018giles panizzi said:

Cheers, not a big issue as I realised it was a slim chance.
I was under the impression there was more allocation to come later in the year - is this not the case??!!I've been told I am getting a 2018 with a fair amount of certainty......but until Porsche give them a build slot I don't have a binding commitment etc which is fair enough.

I think OPC's pretty much know how many cars they are getting already for the entire production run....there may be a few extra cars over and above that as per 991.1 RS. What I don't think they have is confirmed build slots for the 2018 cars but that's normal as I don't think they get that information until end of Q3 beginning of Q4.

I'm in the same boat, my DP has been very upfront and fair but has said they can't give me a 100% commitment to a car until they know exactly how many they will get for 2018 and when they will have the build slots allocated to them.I've been told I am getting a 2018 with a fair amount of certainty......but until Porsche give them a build slot I don't have a binding commitment etc which is fair enough.
Well atleast some OPC's are more honest than others..
Mine has said no to everything, cant even wait in hope for a 2018 car - answer was still no. So unless I offer up a brown up paper bag with wads of cash, or few night stay on the East Coast, then there is nothing more I can do

No timings at all yet for me, not even a lock down date. Have you had yours?
No timings for me either. I have a double-countersigned purchase agreement from my OPC, but they tell me they've had no details on lock/build dates yet. If the 2013 GT3 launch timetable is anything to go by, we UK folks should hear about timings in the next week or so. The Pistonheads thread from 2013 had people saying they'd had calls from their OPCs with dates around April 22nd.
On Rennlist a European based buyer has been invited to a viewing of the car in the first week of May.
I'm at the PEC in mid-May and hoping they'll have one there by then. I was there a month or so before the Panamera was officially launched...there was one there locked away for invited customers to see, the instructors let us have a look at it though.
