so with the impending arrival of my car I thought I ought to give the garage a once over - given that the chance of getting the new baby inside was remote
so the last couple of weeks has been a bit of a slog but the end result is quite satisfying
just hope the lift gets the front over the threshold as there's a bit of a dip
then today news that it's turned up at Dick Lovett - always work to a deadline!
only problem being that I'm out of the country for the next ten days....might pop in to have a look before I go

Btw all the c**p has been spread around other man sheds, but I'm sure some will return in due course. I'll post the end result when I get the car back from Adam at Revolution Detailing in a couple of weeks time following the full GTechniq treatment.

The grey one looks so better without the silly stripes and with the silver wheels, IMO
We are going to have to agree to completely disagree on that one, although I will admit I am a hopeless decal fiend.Anyone come across a review of the manual yet ? I was just looking for one and came across this Shmee vid of the PDK...once he's on the road he basically spends the whole time dropping gears and running it up the rev limit as often as possible. Not the worst strategy!

Hi. I took this picture from the config room at opc when speccing mine (apologies for quality!)
Gives a pretty good idea of what to expect - and looks great IMO obviously.......
Interestingly, The gear gaitor doesnt change colour on the configurator, but dont worry ! - we checked with
HQ and it definately comes in yellow stitching too..The yellow detail on the SC dial looks pretty cool too

Looks great. So the SC clock has yellow because you select yellow deviated stitching ? Same for all the stitching colours ?Gives a pretty good idea of what to expect - and looks great IMO obviously.......

What would also be good is if you can get hold of the carbon gear lever from the R to match your carbon trim.

Deviated stitching was a new option added to builds from this week, so there won’t be any actual cars yet. I’ve specced it and my car was being built today and it’s been pushed back 2 months to January build, possibly the stitching?Has anyone got any pictures of yellow stitching

It does look great on the OPC configuration though, the GT3 logo on the carpet also changes colour.
