Looks great still, I know what you mean ref brake pad dust, it does give the wheels a whole other look

Few chips on mine too but from where I've accidentally dropped the bolts on them when removing...

After seeing this thread I’m going to have my Cayman’s Spyder wheels refurbed in Weiss Gold instead of Platinum satin.

Looks great on a black car.

I agree on the comment on them looking great on a black car, not so sure on white, keep thinking about it for my white spyder but might need to see one in the flesh to make my mind up

Anyone done or seen Weiss Gold against a Peridot green Cayman R? Tempted by this or satin aluminium for mine.

Hard to know but think it could work. There’s a company in the US called NS2 Media who can do renderings but they aren’t cheap.

Wheels would look something like this but BBS not OEM (not changing decals)





Keep my OEM black wheels and put some PS4S on them for Winter and have Cup 2's on the BBS for Summer. Man math's coming in to play there to justify dropping a stupid sum on another set of wheels. Though I think if I ever sold them I'd get a decent amount back for them so it's not dead money.

I got the renderings done before I ordered the car when I was playing around with colours and different decals.

I'm also thinking of getting some Weiss gold wheels to fit my Black RS..However when i mentioned it to my instructor last time at the PEC, he quickly responded by insisting i only fit OEM rims to avoid any issues with warranty or insurance claims..I also mean to fit MP4Ss for winter use but my main reason was to prevent my Mags being damaged on track kerbs..

Ordering 20 inch BBS F1 R for 991 turbo s ET 54 and 52 inc TPMS which is specific offset for turbo. Touch over £6k with ps4s tyres. Happy to put in touch if you PM and can stick on the same order etc via 9e/European Supplier. Cheapest UK price exc TPMS sensors £7300!
