It's being reported that China's very large AG600 seaplane has had its first flight. It's touted as being primarily a plane for fighting forest fires but it seems to possibly have other uses too. Big old bird though.

Their military is improving so fast and so big. Will probably be as powerful as America by roughly 2030. And if they team up with Russia, things could get even tenser.

They are far more likely to team up with the USA rather than Russia. You have to remember that China needs global economic stability in order to continue its growth and upgrade the lives the 800million of its people (out of 1.2billion) that have yet to benefit from the economic expansion to date.
You'd be surprised at how western looking China is - it certainly is not courting a Russian future!
