Just specced ... Gold wheels , did not really want another Black car but it just looked right ....Love the GT2 RS ....
I like that a lot..And i also like the fact you haven't followed the herd and added a gazillion quid of options to make it easier for resale..Just goes to show the GT3 RS is pretty perfect out straight of the box if you put driving pleasure above glitz. Hunter 66 epitomizes the type of person i would give preference, to secure a GT allocation if i ran Porsche UK.
Down with flippers...!
The GT2RS is by far Porsches best car and unlike the GT3 and GT3RS cars, there will not be another GT2 for seven years. There will be a 992 GT3 and GT3RS in another three years.
So maybe the high premiums are justified, If I was lucky enough to to have my pick of any of the 991 cars, 911R, GT3, GT3RS etc I know I would pick the GT2RS every time. It just looks and sound like its in another league!

Mine is built and at the port awaiting shipping. Hopefully should arrive late March. Couldn’t resist the Miami Blue with Weissach I’m afraid; it’s not for everyone but I’ve grown to love the colour on Porsche’s with lots of black elements on the bodywork. The GT2RS definitely has lots of black reinforced plastic body elements.
Since the car is not for sale the spec is what I wanted. I hope to keep it a few years and take it to Spa and Siverstone to enjoy. Good luck to everyone on getting an allocation, especially marque enthusiasts and NOT FLIPPERS.

From various photos i've studied of the GT2.RS Weissach i have to say that the Miami blue seem to suit it better than most colours..Something about the hue which complements the Carbon fibre bonnet and roof i think.!Since the car is not for sale the spec is what I wanted. The GT2RS is simply awesome and the best 911 produced to date....
I am collecting my car Thursday and can't wait...I have been waiting on this car for three/four years and having been lucky enough to have had GT3 x2 then the 911R which were all superb in their own right. The current range of GT cars that Porsche are producing is simply the best available, I am sure the GT2RS won't appeal to everyone but the explosive and raw nature certainly appeals to me.
I have a few European trips planned for the summer to include Le-mans, the Porsche museum and Italy. If anyone has some routes in Italy I would welcome some ideas.
The age of the electric car is fast approaching and cars like the GT2RS in 10/20 years won't be produced as we know and love them...
Classic Porsche's will also remain in high demand as more and more people want to experience old school cars....you know with manual transmissions and noisy, smelly gorgeous mechanical engines.....

Congrats Love911. In the past it has normally worked out for me as around 10 days from leaving the factory to taking delivery from dealer, even for low cars that might require some scheduling to get on the right boat. So maybe yours will be here earlier? Mine leaves factory on 19th and I am still hoping I will get it for Easter!
They had just taken delivery of one at Cambridge OPC having returned from Topaz on Wednesday, in person the car stands out unbelievably....
It was white with black stripes and red highlights on the interior. Cold start was something else, why can't they give the Turbo/S the option of a sports exhaust?
Should be with a very lucky owner by now.......

So is this the first U.K. flipped car or has there been others?
I appreciate the profits are too big to turn down, but surely Porsche need to find out who is making obscene profits and stop them getting another Halo car
