So.......why no new registrations? I know that Porsche are spectacularly incompetent.
Mine sitting at the docks for over six weeks now with no end in sight. An awesome experience spoiled. Cars released in no particular order,as and when Porsche feel like it.

Let’s hope that they don’t all get recalled with the same problem as the delayed cars. Porsche are refusing to confirm the problem or timeframe to resolve, so unlikely minor. We have been there before with new engines.
It appears that there is now a stop sale on all new Porsche’s to contend with also.
If you were expecting an imminent delivery, don’t hold your breath.

From Ofcom:
"In October last year, Ofcom decided two types of repeater should no longer need a licence to be used legally.
The two categories are:
- static mobile phone repeaters for indoor use; and
- low gain mobile phone repeaters for use in vehicles.
Following consultation, Ofcom has now put together the regulations that will allow people to use these devices, provided they meet the required technical standards and conditions of use. Repeaters available today are unlikely to meet these requirements, so their unlicensed installation and use will still be illegal"
Doesn't look like a quick fix!

I think they are hoping to have a solution next week, which might involve removing the booster now and replacing at a later date.
I wonder when someone realised they had an issue?!
They can take mine out, not bloody waiting for my car just because of some stupid mobile phone gizmo!I wonder when someone realised they had an issue?!
Agreed.....first world problem. Quarter of a million quid car sitting on a wet and windy dockside (Emden) in Germany for two months, covered in seagull sh** and generally corroding in the North Sea breeze and rain.......then Porsche refuse point blank to tell you what the issue is.
Nothing to be bothered about at all....

Might be the magnesium wheels. My OPC told me that a GT2 RS that’s on its way to them is coming on standard wheels and they’ve had to tell the customer he’ll get his magnesium WP wheels after delivery....don’t think they have a date from the factory for the correct wheels to turn up.
