You will wait and wait and wait.....
Not just a hitch.....another hitch on top of another hitch. How come every other car manufacturer in the world can work it out ?....but not Porsche.
Clowns.
You need to calm down and be grateful that Porsche have seen fit to give you a GT2 RS allocation..Not just a hitch.....another hitch on top of another hitch. How come every other car manufacturer in the world can work it out ?....but not Porsche.

Please change your tune..imagine you 're being poisoned by chemical weapons in Syria..Then you'd have just cause to whinge about your situation..
Perfectly calm.......very grateful for the allocation. Would be even more grateful for the car.
No plans to visit Syria.
Thought the original thread was GT2RS Availability ?
On the subject of whinging
“Every OPC has its several VIPs who automatically get an allocation on all in demand limited GT Porsches..That in itself is not the problem; the problem is that these so called VIPs are allowed to flip any car they choose over and over again..! It really stinks IMO.”
Sound familiar ?
No plans to visit Syria.

I'm sorry if this unforeseen two month delay in the delivery of your GT2 Rs has eroded your profit. No plans to visit Syria.

If it makes you feel better....first GT car GT3 991.1 in 2015......so 17 years of buying regular stuff before a sniff.
Stop sale GT3 due to engine issues on day delivered to dealer. 3 months to identify issue and further 3 months to resolve....so not a good start with GT product.
This car....build delayed due titanium cage supplier going bust. Then wheels, then unidentified issue, now mobile phone. Awesome car, grateful for allocation (but I am paying good money for it). Relaxed about suggested uplift in prices, plan to keep for a good while by which time I am sure that there will be a newer, faster in demand car...which will be reflected in resale.
Disappointed as the sun is shining (today), we have a limited sports driving season and would like to be sitting in a car that dealer advised built late Feb. Not the end of the world, thankfully got other nice stuff to drive. Irritating though......especially being deliberately kept in dark.

I don't think it's deliberate...they are just absolutely fking awful about managing the production/delivery process. I find it absolutely staggering to be honest but there's 100% consistency in them being st! When I say "they" I don't know whether it's Porsche AG or Porsche GB specifically...think it's a combination of the two...but in my experience it's not the dealers. When we bought our Cayenne last year my OPC sent me a screenshot showing it was due for delivery in two weeks time....two days later it turned up at the OPC. So clearly when the screenshot said it had just finished build/just left the factory it was actually sitting at the port in the UK waiting to be loaded on to a delivery. How on earth that can happen is beyond me but it seems like it happens pretty regularly. So it doesn't surprise me that when they've had the manufacturing issues they have had with the GT2 RS they have no fking clue what's going on!

Hope helps...
In which case then you're a well deserved recipient of the .2RS..After reading your other posts i think i'd be equally pissed off if my new £250k supercar was stranded at Emden Port for nearly two months..Why don't they just get the cars delivered to the OPCs until the problems are resolved..Hope helps...

There is a issue with suspension knocking on GT cars, they cant find what yet.
Does it apply to the .3RS as well as the .2RS..? I wonder if it is caused by too much downforce at very high speeds..?Gassing Station | 911/Carrera GT | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
