Recently added a car to the collection and it already had PPF fitted but not very well!

the company were told of the issues and the fact that the car was less than 12 months old,

but they are telling the OPC that the 1st owner was the only one covered, not the product or the car - is this right ?

Their website boosts about their amazing service but is this a case for trading standards ?

How can the workmanship only be covered for the first owner and not the car??

Name and shame them

Pistonheads rules says I can't

but 2nd owners beware!!yikes your PPF warranty might not be worth the paper its written on

and the OPC's might not want to help without a fuss!

Can you give a location so others can be aware.

I'm looking at getting my car PPF and I want to ensure that I don't use this company if this is their attitude to customer service

Cars are unusual in consumer goods land in that a warranty is transferable. Most things you buy will only have a warranty for original owner.

Really pleased for you. Mine was without doubt the best car I have ever owned in every respect. So what colour spec etc? Post a picture.

I must say it looks amazing in white...can't understand why more buyers didn't choose it as hardly ever see a white one for sale on the Porsche website.

Great looking purchase there.
Might have missed it, but if OPC are selling it, it must be approved - i.e. have passed their 111 point check.
How did that happen if the PPF is fubar'd?
