500 miles in mine last 2 days... 90+mph cruise up and down the M40. 27mpg. Makes a decent motorway mile muncher when it has to.

Now well on the way to 167,000 miles.

Picked mine up at long last from Paul Devyea Porsche specialists in Kent. I have to say it is better in the flesh than I could have hoped for, he has redone all of the leather in the prep for the vehicle, exterior is excellent. Steering, suspension feels good, and the cargraphic exhaust! Amazing!

Quick pic from earlier, will try and get round to a readers thread

997 18 inch wheels seem a popular choice and relatively cheap because the 997 boys need 19 inch or bigger.

Just been driving mine around the Kent lanes, love this car- can't help but enjoy it. Now if I could stop fluffing my downchange that would be great.

They're good to heel and toe in.

Not been out in mine for a few weeks now, going to have to see if I can change that tomorrow!

Yep, feels great when you nail it, not so great when you don't manage to roll your foot round far enough, and therefore under-do it as you come into the corner.

I've also got a real habit of blipping too early - before I've selected the gear.

I'll just have to get more practice.

Good spec all round. Shame it doesn't have cruise control though, I think I am too much of an old man as I use it all the time in my LS400

Very well priced, nice to see a dealer who's not greedy.

Happy motoring!

I might get excited about it if it had a decent wing on the back.

Yeah, its all personal preference. I like the std one too as well as the RS version. In some ways the std one is more elegant, the RS more 'track'.
