Looking good. The front number plate is fine. The coach stripe over the car - what's the thinking there?
No real thinking to be honest, I just fancied having a stripe and wanted something a bit different. Beauty of decals is you can chop and change whenever you fancy and will instantly give a new feel to the car. I will probably try many different stripes and decals over the coming yearsM32GER said:

Very Very well judged project. What a lovely thing. I’m glad that you stuck to your guns with the carbon roof. I was definitely wrong about that.
Thank you Steve. Your words and advice along the way have been greatly appreciated. I don't think you were wrong about the roof to be honest, your advice was sound and probably the right advice. I just took a gamble on it. But having tracked her a couple of times now it is so far so good. She drives incredibly, the weight reduction is really noticeable in the corners, catches the 991 GT3's as more nimble. On the straights is about flat to the 991.1 GT3's mostly because I gain on the way out of the corners but the .2's do pull noticeably more. Not bad though for a 3.6 stock engine with just a few bolt on parts. GM182 said:
Just read the whole thread.
Congratulations on an awesome job. The finished pics show a work of great craftsmanship that you will enjoy for many years.
The BBS wheels look best btw
Thank you sir. I do love my LM's. I have gained more appreciation for the OEM wheels and use them on track but in the flesh the LMs just rock and will be the daily wheels. The brilliant silver high polished finish is like no other wheel.Congratulations on an awesome job. The finished pics show a work of great craftsmanship that you will enjoy for many years.

Love it. How about changing the rear lights to all red(oem), would make a cleaner look?
I haven't considered that to be honest Younez but open to the idea. What do others think? For sure I know I want to keep the Gen 1 look as that is what the car is but if there is a cleaner OEM lens then perhaps worth considering. Thanks for the tipM32GER said:
