The T is very very good.....but.... my gts is mega.
It's got a solid roof and the steel brakes and the full sports suspension with the extra drop. Best porsche for the road I've ever driven.
I bought a 991.2 gts , same spec as my orange one. It was nowhere near as good. I sold it a week later. My T feels more fun and just better as a a fast and fun road car than the 991.2 gts did.

Thanks for the review. 1000 miles in the weekend is impressive. Can’t wait til March smile

Mine arrives at my dealer this week. Thin glass and probably no DAB now by the sounds of it. What a mess.
For those flapping about glass gate - you can always tint the thinner glass aftermarket if you so wish, but guess can't add heater element.

Went for the 'other' wheels though. Anyone got theirs yet with these optioned?

Good luck with it and can't wait to see your spec and video review. Probably the opposite spec to mine, I was very undecided when specifying mine but I dare not change again as it would probably delay the build. Long wait for me as it will arrive early April.

As factory shutdown for e palform looms any spec changes now could well result in delayed build and September delivery. Not good.

Why would spec changes delay the build? I thought there was a 'spec lockdown date' which once this had passed meant the car was in production and no changes could be made. Conversely, before that date any changes could be made as the car wasn't in production

Happy to be educated on the process smile

Porsche appear to have a bizarre way of prioritising build slots.

Whilst the freeze date should theoretically represent the actual last point up to which the spec can be changed, in practice the more alterations are made, even minor ones such as deletions or seat spec, this increases the likelihood of a given build and CP8 dates slipping back in favour of an earlier but unaltered specced car.

Thanks for sharing that review.

I read EVO this weekend and thought that they somewhat missed the point - the car is not a ClubSport and doesn't need the factory to install bars for harnesses inside it...

Also - thanks for sharing the pics boringbeige. Not boring and not beige!

Unfortunately the once great Evo mag has now morphed into little more than a very expensive comic.

Not only did the soporific regurgitated meh miss the whole point of the Carrera T but the GT3 Touring review was frankly pathetic.

Agreed, their GT3 Touring review was far from great.

I’ll have to keep my eyes peeled for it when I am driving around the city, lucky you know when yours is arriving. Mines meant to be collected at the start of March but not getting much info from my dealer!

So mine has arrived! It's at the dealers now; not sure I can collect for another few weeks though as need to complete on a new place first.
Seen some pics and am SO happy with the spec. The wheels were a gamble but I think they look fab.

If I wasn't a Youtube clickbait monkey I would attach pics. Sorry...

Anyone else got pics of theirs?

Haha, I wouldn't bother. Likely to be tripe. Car is cool though.
