There's a miami blue car under demo's on the OPC approved site - Glasgow I think. Has the wheels, I'm not sure on the interior.
I might phone Glasgow for a test drive. Is the graphic along the side of the car and wing mirrors always grey or can they be black? I seen a picture of a 991 GT2 RS is guards red with black finishing kit and it looked awesome!

I agree with you...bit of a strange spec.Doesn't need the pretend R stripes because it's not an R
Doesn't need the buckets because it's not a GT track day car.
The yellow clocks are a bit much for me, but someone else might love them.
ha ha that looks brilliant! I would not spec a car like that myself but fair play to the person that will enjoy it.
Are the new sports seats more comfortable than the 996 & 997 sports seats? I always found the standard seats and bucket seats comfortable but they sports seats I was sitting on them rather than in them. The bucket seats are making my car in the configurator very expensive.

I love the buckets. One of the best looking car seats and I also find them fairly comfortable. I understand why people don't like them, however.
I find the R stripes a bit weird, almost like a fake M badge, but whatever floats your boat.
I like the yellow dials, but understand they can be too much.
However, the yellow and green contrast doesn't do it for me. Maybe yellow stripes may have worked.
Overall, I like that someone has specced what they want, their way. It's unfortunate it's being sold and not enjoyed.

Each to their own, would look good with the green stripes removed imo, but if it floats your boat, why not. What it does do is make me think I should have ordered the Sport design rear lip as well as the front
Obvioulsy great looking interior, did I mention it's the same as mine

Yes buckets probably do 'connect you to the car more' but the T is positioned to be a fully usable daily (or at least higher mileage than the GT cars) and it soon gets tiresome climbing in and out of full buckets or being 'connected' when 90% of the miles driven don't need connection. boringbeige said:

I really wanted buckets, but also wanted rear seats, and the T specific cloth/leather trim, so had to spec 4 ways. I'll find out in a few weeks when I get it if that was the right decision...!Doesn't need the pretend R stripes because it's not an R

The standard seats have free heating too.

I really like it around there but not been for a while.Back in 2014, I took the opportunity of normal people being in bed asleep and set off at 07.00am on 1st January. I was in my Boxster Spyder with my neighbour in his 1988 3.2 Carrera Sport, we drove from Preston to the Evo triangle, round it once and straight back home. A return trip of 210 miles where we made "good progress". My wife was still in bed asleep when I got home. We saw less than a dozen cars on the whole trip including the motorways.
It was an utterly fabulous experience.
I don't think I'd dare even try that now, the prevalence or risk of speed cameras is becoming suffocating...
