Anyone for ‘T’

Yep just had another browse , 29 for sale (if you tick the right boxes the number rises) and interestingly they are now starting to reduce in price to mid 80’s - one car I was watching has gone from £k92 to £k86 over a couple of months - starting to look like better value.
re my earlier post - 70-75k might be a bit wishful for a 6-month old 911. My bad. At £80k for the right spec (light spec = manual and leather T pack) car and they are good value. Possibly £85k for a car with PCCBs, RWS, BOSE, metallic paint etc (if you really want all that stuff!) and again - good-to-ok value. I think there are plenty of punters for the car... but they are all watching from the sidelines... waiting for them to become value.RSVP911 said:

I sat in a T at Cardiff on Tuesday and i was really impressed with the way it looked.Guards red, manual, sport classic rims, yellow T interior and buckets..My perfect spec and colour if it wasn't for the glass roof. Since the roof is exactly the same price as RAS, if it was substituted i think i would have bought it..Taffy66 said:

I would see if you can arrange test drives of both a T and an S back to back at the same dealership. That will help.
You looking for manual or PDK?
The T is an immense car , fast and fun, it dances, sings and everything in between... An S and a GTS for that matter is just fast.. and a tad sterile and dull in comparison... if you love driving get a T in manual with RWS.. The difference really is night and day....You looking for manual or PDK?
It’s a shame they weren’t able to use the Club Sport name... I think that would have focussed the mind better on how the car feels...
If you want a manual and the slimmer proportions then a T would fit the bill. I was grateful yesterday for its lesser width whilst trying to find a parking spot in Bristol plus the proportions are great on our narrow country lanes which is really where it sings.
The Swindon black one with yellow T interior and buckets is a great spec.

I know someone who got the price of the LWB's and PCCB's basically for free on a new one in July so definitely room for haggling. The 2 used ones at Hexagon are way overpriced. The black one is Damian's from 'The Car Guy's' who chopped it in for a flipped GT3 Touring - ouch!

I thought this was interesting. I wonder how many more cars were left to be registered in Q3. It’s not a lot of cars is it - especially if you discount the automatic version (sorry for those who like). I’m also struck by the fact that it’s mostly two seaters available on autotrader or from Porsche dealers.
