There’s defo a bit of that especially with some dealers. Clearly they get a decent cut of the extras value. Mind you, there’s also a degree of truth with some of it - a plastic dash in a GTS 992 or a GT4/Spyder for example. Even the top man at my OPC did say to me that the T doesn’t need a load of fripperies - which was quite honest of him.
Thanks all for an interesting exchange. NO aerokit it is.

Credit to my OPC, they accepted my stripper spec without any comments. Aerokit was purely revisiting childhood heroes, which is not required… stick to the basic formula!
Great to see someone going with poverty spec in line with the T's ethos. Aerokit is not for me. I do prefer the clean 911 shape for anything non-GT

Tend to agree. I had originally specd mine with aero then removed it and went clean lines instead

If I was getting a Carrera T, then I'd go for it without the Aerokit too.

My money is on @finmac ... but the first person with evidence to prove it (pics) wins the interwebs!

I bet that you cannot wait! Just for info, my app showed my car locked in stage 3 around 2 weeks ago and I picked it up today - not a T, so don’t panic you’re still in with a shout of being the first😁

I don't think so, my specs are now fixed end of Feb, for production planning.

V250 Fixed in Prod (as far as I understand) is to allocate VIN # and schedule a hanger on the production line 2-weeks later.

so if i'm being told my spec fix is by end of march - roughly what does that correlate to delivery wise?

Going on my T spec lock Vs predicted delivery date I would say yours should be a mid May delivery.

This is what I'm hoping for too although I've been told early June delivery.

Has anyone else ordered the Smoker's Pack just to get the little pot to cover the (somewhat awkward) cupholder? Might have to amend and do this as it seems like it would be a useful armrest on the manual car!

Ask your SE to send you the Porsche Sales & Vehicle Management System (print screen)

My SE locked my spec end of Feb-2023, the above mentioned printout has the follwing dates:

V250 - vehicle fixed in production - 24 03 2023
V260 - vehicle entry to body shop - 07 04 2023
V300 - vehicle completion - 14 04 2023
...
V900 - Entry dealership - 05 05 2023

followed by happy days in the land of milk, petrol and honey :-)
