What car did you find the most engaging to drive , PDk or manual
For me it has to be the RS, I found the 991 only became really enjoyable at silly speeds, it is so accomplished but to me the extra involvement of the manual is part of it but out of all the cars I've owned the RS was special, it was a raw mechanical appeal and the fabulous sound that made every drive special no matter what speed you were travelling at.The GT cars have no doubt moved on but to me they have lost that bit of engagement, maybe the 991 is a bit easier to drive quickly, difficult to put your finger on it, possibly it is too good as a road car at legal speeds hence not quite the same fun factor as the 997RS. IMHO to get the most out of the 991 GT3 you need to be on track and for me I do 4 or 5 track days a year and 7 or 8K road miles which I guess influences my view on a weekend / 3rd car.
