I don't think its as good as it first sounds.

You can only order one at a time with a total of a 90 minute ordering window, 120 minutes maximum table time. And the burgers are sliders. So if they take 20 minutes to fulfil your order and 5 minutes to eat you are going to get 4 sliders max and say 4 beers tops for £30. Most people would be less and if they are a little slow serving or cooking you could be down to 3 which I suspect is thee norm.

Be interested to hear from anyone who has tried it

Sliders are tiny.

Went with mrs p to the opening of a sliders joint in London last year - one of the options was for 12 of varying kinds. Not too hard to polish off.

There's a chicken wing place near me that does 'unlimited' wings for an hour, except that you only get 6 at a time and you can't order the next 6 until the first 6 are finished. Then there's at least 5 minutes between servings, so it's not quite unlimited, and assume this place will work along the same lines.

I'd still like to try it though. cool

one at a time sounds like a scam , ought to at least let you order 4 or more at a time , then i suppose they will creep off and make another as slow as they can

I thought this thread related to a curious shortage of bun components.

Reminds me of the time a group of us got kicked out of a Pizza Hut for trying to take whole pizzas to the table during the all you can eat lunch buffet deal laugh. The joys of being a student.

All you can eat is never really worth it. It's either a scam or the food is so ste you could replicate it with a microwave and a fiver spent at your local Farmfoods.

The only reason places run offers like this is to prop up trade when its quieter, this "deal" is only on Sundays between 12 and 5pm when most people eating out are looking for a traditional Sunday roast. They're not going to make a fortune off the back of it but be sure they will still be making a reasonable profit.

It gets new faces in the place and hopefully they will return. At least they are telling you up front how it works which is better than some I've seen.

Two hours worth of beers? If you made the effort you could make that worth £30 on its own - the burgers are a bonus!

I love the idea of it but I think I'd make myself sick...
