Mine was due for completion tomorrow but my OPC tells me it’s now at the docks waiting on the ship. Bonus it’s running ahead. Could be 2 weeks away.
Cheers.

Saw a Lizard RS at my OPC this afternoon...looks fantastic!! Lizard is very close to Gelb Grun from my memory of a Gelb Grun car I drove last year.

On Instagram OPCs Perth and Silverstone have Lizard Green cars, Wilmslow have a Crayon car. Two of the cars appear to have privacy glass. Looks a bit odd to me and am I right in thinking the privacy glass is not lightweight?

Wow , Lizard is the new King and yes love the new front number plates ... seems they are out of fashion ??? and apparently police do not care , which is great as can avoid those pesky front on cameras ....
Sadly in London they are important to reduce the impact of a Chelsea tractor parking onto you PU with the horse box tow bar

Well they are a lot more different to the Gt3 is what i nean

As road cars i think the GT3 is becoming an increasingly better car but thats an opinion from having not driven a current RS based on what i read plus the increasingly 'track orientated' styling

But when i bought a 997.1 gt3 as example the RS was pretty much the same car with widebody lighter flywheel and big wing. Now there are far more mechanical changes.

The Silverstone car does have the Privacy Glass (it is lightweight according to config)....has the Lizard CS Cage but not the green seats which I reckon is a great way to spec the car. Sadly not mine !

Correct privacy glass is regular weight and imo a bad choice for a T let alone an RS!!

Ah sorry *maybe* its lightweight on the RS , on the T you lose it.

Porsche options are confusing

On the configurator it definitely says privacy glass is lightweight for the RS but it's beyond me why you'd spec it, especially if you're going for the Lizard CS cage...surely the point of having that is so you can see it ?!?!
