Hello Hunter,
In answer to your question whether there are any other RS's in black, mine is also in black with green accents.

Yes I totally agree with you on the long term aesthetic of LG. For others though I think the colour will be perfect. They all have their merits I think. Here is my interior accents. I did think long and hard! I hope I've made the right choice as this will be a keeper.

Can I please enquire as to choices for gap insurance guys. OPC is quoting £599 for three years. Any info would be much appreciated.

That is a very cool looking car! Thanks for sharing Digga. That goes a long way to reassure me of my choice. I pick up my car first week of June. Super excited.....

FWIW, the yellow/green accents on the exterior really did look good and would be easy to do and, if need be, reversible.

That looks great .... and I went for sticker delete as on black just not work with dark stickers . Thought gap insurance not required for the RS .

I think you may have a point with the stickers on black. I didn't know about not requiring gap for an RS?

If i get one early next year, i'm getting a Black WP one, with Gold Mg wheels and Ti cage..In the interior i'm getting the Lizard seats, stitching, seat belts and steering wheel marker..
My only indecision is on whether to go for the expensive and heavier LED lights or save money and weight and just stick with the standard Light weight Bi-xenoms..What do you guys think..?
PS I'd also get the side script to match the rims..

You don't want GAP insurance you want Market Value/Agreed Value in your insurance policy. GAP insurance normally pays out the difference between what your insurance company pays out and what you paid for the car. With a GT3 RS clearly the car will be worth a lot more than invoice.

Someone on here recommended these brokers a year or so ago who I've used and have been excellent

https://www.nowellandrichards.co.uk/

My GT3 is insured through them with Zurich Private Client....that policy pays out to maximum of 50% over invoice value so in my case my GT3 is covered to £210k and I'm also covered for three track days a year. Clearly the value wouldn't work for an RS but that's their job to get you the right policy!
