End of the first week and mine has 1263 Kms. Say 800 Miles in real money. It’ll be worth nothing if I keep going like this with a planned Scotland drive and a Nurburgring trip.
Good man DP , how is it ? compared to 1 , mine here and ready , will pick up next week due to business commitments .
Hunter i am free next thursday to pick it up and store in a nice rural location.

MD,good to see you out using it,i hope you have got a sensible colour interior, the green looks like some one has been let loose at a party with a colouring pen.Wait until chocolate or coffee get on the seats while driving to the ringsmile

Which I agree with, as long as there’s transparency from both sides as to future allocation.

One lucky local chap managed to bag a 2RS and a Touring within a few weeks of each other. Amazing really.
Well i've spent over £500K at my OPC within the last 12 months and i've never flipped a car for profit in my life. I just enjoy driving Porsches and having zero depreciation is the icing on the cake..Its a case of having your cake and eating it which no other car maker can provide..I was sorely tempted to buy their 570S a month ago, but bought a 981 Spyder instead, with no regrets as i suspect the 570S will leave a very large hole in my bank account come resale..
I really want a Black WP RS and despite no promises, i'm in the running..If i don't get one and i find another being flipped there with hardly any miles, i walk and don't look back..!
A shame the same guys get all the halo cars, especially when they don't really enjoy driving them, just about getting all the latest toys..

I don't know how some people get as many GT cars as they want. At the dealership a couple of days ago and the salesman was delighted to point out a customer who he had supplied (all around the same time) a GT4, GT3RS and a Boxster Spyder. He went on to say he was taking the RS and Spyder back and giving him a WP RS. Make one customer happy 4 times or 4 customers happy once? I feel you should be offered one GT car at a time.

The rear PORSCHE decal came from Highgate House, £50 Matt or Gloss.
Cheers.

Interior black, only cage and seatbelts are green.

Apple iplay is a useful toy, but the google maps hang.

Drives in a very reassuring manner, like a Porsche of old it tells you what it’s going to do and you can adjust your driving as needed. The engine sounds better and gives a nice blip,on start up. I forgive the harder springs for the added grip and less roll. It seems a bit quieter inside but not outside. Gear change seems even faster, from a gentle running in type standing start it’s in 4 th before you breath out. In the flesh the green looks very good perhaps the best of current colours but accounting for 25% of cars.

Rear view much better, you can see everything due to higher wing.

That looks fantastic and one of the best colours in the new RS..The Miami really pops with the LEDs and black bits and script...I'm going with Black WP, however after seeing yours, i just might have to reconsider...
It also makes a nice change from all the Lizards which i also like but too bright and common in the new RS for my taste..

The photos do not do the colour justice, it is sensational in the flesh

Do you know what they are ? Would have thought Porsche happy with them if fitting to an RS

My GT3 is on Dunlops and i have no issue with them, besides they're a consumable so you can always change them later on if you wish...Don't you agree with me that the new RS above looks absolutely sensational in Miami..!

they will be Race Maxx 2 at a guess.

not that happy as you wont see a ring time on them lol It's there 2nd tyre when they run out of the proper ones ;-)

I tried Race MAXX one and hated the things, binned them less than 1/2 worn, ran CUPs, cup 2 N0 and now CUP 2 n1, they are amazing tyres and what the car should have on it.

Detailing done, PPF now before taking delivery in a weeks time. The only first world problem, as pointed out by the PPF installer at Porsche Reading, is the fact that the decals have to come off for the film to sit flush. Actually the decals are okay but the thick side panel has to be removed or it will hold excess water. The decals sit on top so it necessitates their removal. I have been quoted £400 plus vat for replacements but in all honesty you can hardly see them on a black car. I may go for green ones in the future or just leave it as is. Any tips guys? Regards Alex
