It shows the bid price wasn’t enough to buy it. Car is still for sale by the looks of it. So plenty of conjecture left to be had.

It just shows the reserve was too high and/or the real bids were lower. High bid that didn't sell was most likely from the auction house trying to bid up to the reserve and not a true bid.
