Goodwood would make sense to coincide with celebrating 70 years of Porsche.

My OPC reckons they might get 1 car only. Don't think it will have my name on it.

I never get the 911 Speedster, the 911 has a big arse any way it don't look good as a speedster, more hunchback.

There was only one Speedster.

Thereafter they have been a design indulgence and car to pose in. Can look good in the right setting, though.

If it's the 4 litre, does that raise the possibility of a few more GT3 's trickling out- that's more a thought than a question..

Shorter / shallower windscreen and a-pillars, different side glass. Possibly all Cayster hardware (at a guess I'd say they used the Cayster screen, pillars and side glass, but just a guess), but certainly not just a 911 cab with a funny roof.

I take it all Speedsters will have the mandatory Particulate filter fitted.

I'm really talking about the everything below the shoulder line.. as we know that that will be streamlined in speedster tradition.
Running gear - drivetrain, suspension, steering rack, gearbox and ratios.. and this is a good thing imo. Certainly better, more worthy, than a GTS cab with a funny roof.

So maybe be a Touring with 'a funny roof' based on cayster parts, and some strengthening down low to help with torsional rigidity and resist scuttle shake.

Is this not the first GT3 convertible?

I guess they cant call it a convertible GT3 because a convertible is not true to the GT cars ethos.
