my GT3 touring - 6 weeks old - 2,000 miles - had to pile on the early miles before an RMA day at Spa last month. will slow the accumulation of miles now it's run in.
Ditto me... mileage, but at approaching eight weeks of sublime Touring ownership: can’t stop driving the damn thing! Oh, the pain!! robgt3 said:

Only on 1.5k miles so far. Should have been on 4k miles by now but snow made the GT3 a no go for my Scottish trip in April. Car will be on 6k miles at 12 months old. My 991.1 GT3 did 20k miles in less than 4 years.
Should think so too. You're forgiven as well. Combination of things meant that mine is still at 600 poor miles in a few months. deplorable..
But really struggling as roads in the South East seem to be getting worse and worse every year.. almost depressing. Thinking about doing a wales escapade one of these upcoming weekends. And almost certain now i will ship to Spain for a Picos de Europa and Pirenees blast at the end of summer..
Unless there's a memorable drive being planned around here before then ??

Why slow down, get out and drive the bloody thing, you might die tomorrow! I've had mine 4 months and am now on 7500 miles give or take. Don't give a monkeys what its worth when I come to sell it, you can't put a price on your enjoyment.850 in 2 months, although I’ve not been able to drive it the last couple of weeks due to some lovely chap smashing into, and ransacking my house and stealing the keys - so the car has been in hiding. Roll on July where I have Scotland and the Le Mans Classic in it and will watch the miles skyrocket without concern.
On a side note, my insurance for the GT3 is with Chubb via Lockton and they have been brilliant. The other 2 insurers I’ve had to deal with (Admiral & ESure) have been hopeless and treated me like the criminal - you definitely get what you pay for!

Jesus wept...sorry to hear that. Do you think they were after your car ? Clearly secondary importance to family safety etc. On a side note, my insurance for the GT3 is with Chubb via Lockton and they have been brilliant. That was my first instinct but now we know they tried two houses up the road before getting in to mine, so was just a chancer I think. Keys were well hidden but we were away for the night so they had the run of the place and after much destruction, found them. Obviously everyone is ok, if a little shaken up, thank you.SWGT3 said:

I'm very sorry to hear about this horrible episode you and your family have had to endure; glad everyone is OK..Do you still live in Cardiff or have you moved..?After a huge spike in thefts in our locality recently i decided to fit a new automated security gate at the top of my drive..I'm lucky as i live in the middle of a large farm, bordered by a steep wooded river valley on three sides..The only point of entry is a third of a mile long private drive and the new security gate is near the public highway end, which makes it extremely awkward for any unwanted visitors to come to our home..
Sometimes i realise how lucky i am with the layout of our home, in terms of being highly thief resistant..

ticked over 5000 miles today including 1000 miles since Friday following the Tour de France . Unfortunately some scumbag decided to put my window in, in Roubaix following the world cup celebrations leaving me with an eight hour drive back with no window and encountering severe rain from Birmingham to Preston. Now faced with a £500 + fitting bill for a passenger window. Luckily they just hit the window, opened the glovebox and then left with taking anything or causing further damage.

Sorry to hear that Peter, bds. Glad they didn’t take anything and your P&J is still largely intact. On topic, I’m now over 2200 miles in 3 months with many more coming up. Loving this weather.
