I have a set of PPs with Pascha trim in my C3.2. I think these would look pretty f*ing cool in an otherwise black on black GT3.

So problem solved.
Houndstooth PP's in a 6 GT3 cool

That looks soooo much cooler (literally, as we melt furious non-angrily in a heatwave) than leather/fake leather. cool

Id imagine any Auto trimmers can do them for you.

My local one unpicked the oem seat covers so he could get the shapes (then restitched them) needed and created this for me;

The genuine P cloth is expensive.

A sleepless night tonight then.
Enjoy it, they’re epic cars.
Look forward to hearing some updates as you get to know it.

Congratulations! 996.1 right through to 997.2 GT3 RS 4.0, there is no 'wrong' car and no car we'll ever see the likes of in production again.

Now we need pictures!

OK everyone was right. Comfort seats are terrible. Too high and too much padding in the upper back. Needs addressing.

Rest of the car is ace though. That engine! The car has so much energy. Everywhere. All the time.

The ride really doesn't bother me at all, having spent a lot of time on motorways and rubbish b-roads today. Sure it's a bit darty, it's just an eager puppy looking for an apex :-)

Weather was not good and camera skills lacking today so proper pics soon.

Congrats man. Yes the engine is amazing.

From someone who is 6ft i actually find even the buckets still feel a bit high.

The best way to alter the feel of this ive found is with the Cup steering wheel and spacer. Thats a much cheaper place to start than new seats.

The height I can live with - it's the excessive padding and lack of shoulder support that I can't. I've been spoilt with buckets in every other car apart from my truck and the wife's M-Diesel!

Very envious. Am looking at a 996.2 gt3 next week finished in speed yellow. Can you recommend a gt3 thusfar?
Worried it might be too hardcore for regular use.
