has anyone else noticed the increase in 996's being offered for sale in the classifieds, surely the asking prices need to reflect the supply and demand??

Just because there are more for sale, it does not follow that prices should fall.

Maybe there has been an even greater increase in interest for and buyers of 996s - such as probably yourself - for instance?

There is also a lot of chat around the early 3.4 cars & I don’t see the numbers for sale going up on them

Just replaced the millenium falcon with a c4s, full psh 1 owner 45k miles and i feel these cars are being appreciated as for what is a good car, ideal as a 2nd car or toy as it can be used for a blast, school run or just fun. with a private plate disguises it's age , and perhaps appreciating in value!! (thats how I sold it to the wife)

Still needs a few things but taking into account with purchase price. Full PSH not worth it as a few things that have been done by them not impressed with

Enjoying so far

I'd stick some GT3 badges on there as well to really impress people!

If you take away the tips, the convertibles, the targas, then there ain’t really that many for sale.

If one narrows it down to a 4S, a C2 3.4, an aerokit etc, they ain’t that many to choose from.

Very true. Desirable 996s are pretty rare. Not knocking tips etc... oh sod it. Yes I am. biggrin
