Thanks to everyone that has contributed to my other thread!

Having visited 2 dealers, spoken to a bunch of owners past and present I've now pulled together my wish list which is the product of me pouring through the original sales brochure kindly sent by a PH'er and selecting stuff as I would if I had of ordered the car new

If you have or know something that's looks like it ticks the boxes then let me know!

- between around 30-50k miles
- full service history with no gaps
- with porsche extended warranty or potentially eligible for one without too much effort
- genuine CS (not retrospecced)
- greys or blacks in solid, metallics or pts ( i know opc wilmslow have just taken stock of a green one)
- perhaps guards red and midnight blue but not white or yellow
- xenons
- top tint windscreen
- sound package plus
- painted centre console
- tyre pressure monitoring
- pcm with telephone module

Keen to hear from those that have the above options and whether they've been any use or not.

im certainly not in a rush and happy to linger for the right car but would like to think that by this time next year i have one in my possession with a few track days under my belt

The Wilmslow car is Viper Green apparently...appreciate that’s not your spec but that’s a car that will sell very quickly.

On the 997.1 RS the green cars fetch a premium over the orange ones

Doesn't the JZM car satisfy all or most of those requirements?

Is there something about that car that you didn't like?

Unfortunately not enough and even if it did it's not worth 85k to me

Don't think that JZM red car is a bad price, you will struggle to get a Clubsport in nice condition with a service history for much less and at 33k miles its only just run in.

I bought a GT3 from JZM and they are good to deal with and know their stuff. I think you would be fairly safe buying from them.

How much do you think its worth?

(Maybe you should also include the price range to the list of car requirements)

Unless there are a couple of types of phone module I wouldn't bother with this - my car has the sat nav and phone option but to use the phone that means putting an old school SIM card into the PCM and using the PCM buttons. If you want to use your own mobile phone you need an aftermarket solution like Parrot etc.

The sat nav is absolutely ancient - actual route guidance is terrible, no touch screen and poor graphics. It is far easier and better to use google maps, waze etc on your smartphone.

ive used them in the past for servicing and really like them so if i do end up going down the dealer route they'd be one of less than a handful i'd buy from.

i initially wanted it because i through the centre console looked better with it but having seen one sans pcm im not entirely sure and would always use my tom tom for nav anyway!
