The so called ‘second batch’ is coming, forums are full of speculation based around own agendas.
I’m looking forward to specing mine early April. Will do it differently to the Lizard spec last year and steel brakes this time.
The intention was always to be a second batch..However they've run into problems getting the RS engine to pass the stringent WLTP rules..Last i heard that incorporating the GPF in the Catalytic converter(a la 992) has not worked with the NASP RS engine .The reason for this i think is in the absence of Turbos not enough heat is generated to burn off the soot particulates.Porsche are now trying a different 3 way CC with separate GPF however this still hasn't been tested or approved for WLTP.I’m looking forward to specing mine early April. Will do it differently to the Lizard spec last year and steel brakes this time.
The issue is passing the test and retaining power which is proving very problematic.
They can also get away with a bit less power for the speedster. Harder to do that with a second batch of RS when they’re already out there but (without any certain knowledge either way) I still think they are planning on a second batch.
Porsche’s UK website appears to have the cars that are still testing showing pricing, emissions and fuel efficiency all “tba” . Some Cayenne, Panamera and the 3RS are all shown that way currently.

Well since I purchased ours I have been closely following subsequent purchases; by my reckoning at least another 10 have been sold. Another has appeared on the Porsche Locator today at Mayfair OPC priced at £229000 with 3675 miles so that takes current stock up to 4 again. Plus there are 2 on Autotrader. So much for the doom mongers, these cars are selling!

They are still to expensive, the cheapest one in the uk still not sold as its to expensive at 195,the 992 version will soon sort it all out.
The white one you refer to isn't bad value especially if someone can knock £5K off the asking price..Some are up for £230K which is daft IMV in the current economic climate..At over £200K i'd much prefer a Performante ..!Yellow491 said:

But others are selling for more than that - maybe white isn’t a preferred colour - at the end of the day, if you were in the market to spend circa £200k on an RS, I don’t think many people would chose to save a few k by going for a colour/ spec that they didn’t want.Nothing wrong with a white RS of course. But a good number have sold in the last few weeks - at least 4 from the OPC network
