Porsche GT track day

Chaps, I've put together the below which shows who is able to do what days, and which one for SS and Donington is the most popular (highlighted). Names highlighted I've put the dates I've interpreted are ok - please check and let me know if I've made a mistake.

Let's keep it going for another week say to see how many we can get for each day?

Most popular date for Silverstone is 3 June and for Donington 18 June unsilenced.

Those still to have dates confirmed from are Porsche 911R, Digga and Yellow491 for SS.

Donington 18 June is my Fav date and venue as it stands.

I would pop in at Silverstone for a few hours on the other date to say hi.

Any chance you can do 3 June at SS?

Also Isaldiri and gts ralph can you do that date then we have everyone on 3 June which is the most popular?

And for Donington:

Most popular day is the unsilenced day 18 June.

Digga if you could change to this date then that's everyone who's expressed wanting to do a Donington day able to do 18 June.

I've assumed TonyF, La Source, isaldiri, xbowdan, gtsralph and Steve Rance don't want to or can't do Donington on this date?

Sadly, my June is blocked with either work/work trips or holiday.

As I mentioned, I would hate to have a 'casting' vote on this, because of that fact. So will have to catch everyone next time out.

Meantime, I'll look forward to seeing everyone who's doing Oulton next week.

Annoyingly I got a reserve place for Oulyon but had to pass as our cars are not ready yet for racing at Croft week after :-(

Thanks guys, I'm making the assumption based on consensus of most people on the one day as the preferred option.

For SS as Digga has outlined he can't make the 3 June, gtrsralph and yellow491 can you make that date if so we have a full house.

Based on Donington we have a full house assuming TonyF, La Source, isaldiri, xbowdan, gtsralph and Steve Rance don't want to or can't do Donington on this date?

Just want to say well done for organizing Having organized Porsche days, myself a number of times, I know just how hard it is to get a date that suits the majority. In the end you just have to pick a date and stick to it. I used to be able to get Jonny at Bookatrack to do us a discount or throw in free garages if we booked before a certain date but he's become a lot tighter since then!

BTW I'll probably be able to do both dates and will pass the word on to others that might not have seen this when you're all set to start booking.

I could do May or June (unless work gets in the way), either track both about the same distance for me, I’ll probably stay somewhere locally the night before anyway...

Needed doing, know a few on here for many years, be good to put names to faces although possibly not in my case!

Small contribution trying to make it a more amenable and less fractious place and encourage talk about the cars we love rather than what they are worth!
