Thanks Taffy, sorry to have beaten you to it! I put my name down about six weeks ago and got an e-mail yesterday saying a place gad come up. Would have been a great way to run in the RS ! Using the same instructor I’ve done a few other sessions with so can spend more time out on the main track than the PEC circuits. Traded in a half day from my Macan Turbo PP so it’s only costing £249.00.
Its a small world..If i'd known it was you i'd have made a much bigger fuss.;)I'm at the PEC on December 4th in the morning and i'm hoping to get my RS on the main SS circuit for a track day before Xmas..

Just got myself on the PEC Precision Day at Silverstone on 14th November.....hopefully this and a couple of outings I’ve had at Bruntingthorpe will have me ready to do some proper track days next year! Fingers crossed it’s not wet and freezing cold.....
What a shame - I’m there on the 15th 964 RS all day long - however it’s still waiting UK registration so I haven’t got it yet - hoping to get it any day now - really want to use it before any winter salt goes down

Has anyone had an engine re map by DMS on a 991 GT3.2 & if so did the upgrade show significant BHP & Torque improvements. Any comments about the company & or the their work would be most appreciated.
They made their name with tuning BMW turbo diesels....what do they claim they can achieve on a GT3.2 ?! Can’t say I think it needs more power. Cheib said:

I've used DMS in the past on turbo BMWs and rate them very highly indeed,,They're one of the more reputable tuning firms and probably one of the longest running..Taffy66 said:

Still the low grip pad at the PEC will be genuinely low grip so that should be a lot of fun

You might have had a very good miss Taffy....forecast tomorrow is max temp of 5 deg and 80% chance of heavy rain all day ! Just what Cup 2’s were made for
