I was nearly airborne at the point your car's at! Went straight on through all those cones and into the waiting tyre wall. Felt like about 30mph impact!
Made me giggle.

Hope you weren't hurt though.

No was okay, a bit dazed, but the impact was sufficient that the marshals insisted I report to the clerk of the course who, in turn, insisted I saw the course medics before he'd sign the incident form for my insurers.

I'm still coming to Oulton for some passenger laps and some Friday night dinner at the Fishpool with my car mates..No doubt i'll be useful even if i have to carry an inebriated Diggadrinkdrunk back to the Alvaney Arms.. OTOH its more likely the other way round as i'll be drowning my sorrows.partydrinkcry

Museum in the wet.

My nephew and I arrived at Loton late (3 O' clockish) on Sunday afternoon for what was the last event of the season (IIRC) in 2018.
We decided to spectate at Museum, within 5 minutes of arriving we saw three fairly major spins at Museum and Fallow (and a gentle roll, with no injuries except to the protagonists pride) my nephew was delighted !!

Loton is a great venue, maybe not quite as revered or scenic as Prescott and Shelsley W, but it's an excellent hill.
From the drivers perspective its the best hill in the country, very commiting and fast.smile

Anyone booked on to the Brands GP day being run next week (Wednesday 27th may) by Greystone? There are a few of us doing it and Greystone days are very well run.

Now that we are able to attend track days again, perhaps we can post up who's doing what.

I'm at Silverstone with W2R on 5 July, a couple of folks are also going from here, anyone else?

I’ll come out to play. Not had the cup car out this year.

Last Friday it was on bricks. They did a baseline speed run on the M6 on Thursday then parked it up overnight.
