Fabulous! Midnight is one if my favourite colours. Wouldn't normally go for a brown interior but it seems to work on the CGT

One sold at a US auction last night for just under £550k including fees...about 5% below low estimate. I know US cars are less desirable etc but makes some of the cars on the market look explensive

When you add in shipping, SVA/Lights + VAT + duty etc to get it to the UK its probably £725k.

They seem cheap in the US, but not when you factor in the above.

1.98 from memory, plus no duty as cars were under 3 yrs old (was PH btw)

Great fun walking around new york with my two heavies either side of me,one tall and slim,one shorter and stocky,cheapest Cgt ever in the country,i laugh when folks frown on the usa cars.

Mainly perception.

Truth is beyond the orange running lights in the front PU (easily removed) and a different alarm frequency very little.

As time has gone on its trickier to track the history but that’s the same with EU cars.

Mine was only two years old when I bought it from New York and three of us went to inspect the cars (we bought two).

I’ve never thought in 45k miles ‘shame this is a USA spec Carrera GT, it’s sxxt to drive’
