There were two adds,1 private,1 trade, maybe the owner is hedging his bets!!!
The advert blurb says no cage, pic shows cage!

I know this is a bit of a sore subject on here but I have a genuine question regarding deviated stitching!

Did anyone on here spec their car with yellow deviated stitching? My car has arrived with yellow stitching but has grey door pulls, is this normal?

I’ve seen lots of photos on insta and cars for sale that have the matching yellow door pulls, surely not all these people went with cxx extras as I just assumed they came with the matching door pulls after paying the extra for the deviated stitching!

Mine has the standard silver belts, door pulls and stitching and i regret not getting yellow stitching and leave the belts and door pulls black..
The black door pulls and belts are the default colours with yellow stitching..To get yellow door pulls its another cxx £1k option..I hate the yellow belts and door pulls as they get grimy quickly..You have the best spec interior IMO.

Don’t speak too soon as unfortunately you wouldn’t be a fan of mine, I decided to go for the yellow belts! My spec is very shall we say “Lairy”!

To clarify the only reason i hate yellow belts and door pulls is because i have grubby hands..Having said that i expect the same issue with my cheapskate silver ones.
I see your dilemma and in your position i'd want both belts and door pulls in the same colour..You can buy the yellow door pulls from an american company which are oem finish for a fraction of what your OPC would charge..The name of the company escapes me but i'll post on here if it comes to me.

Hi, Look forward to see some Pics when you have time.
Yes it is normal to have black door pulls even when going for deviated stitching. I had the deviating stitching on my yellow car, i could have added the yellow door pulls but they were a 800.00 Plus Vat Cxxx option. I have now ordered them to fit though.

Yes I'll definitely get some pics up once its been PPF'd next week and ready for collection!

And thanks for the info, I'll probably order a set to fit now too. It is a shame I didnt even know about these extra Cxxx options though, not sure why they don't make it easier to know exactly what is available as I probably would have optioned them. Probably just me being naive but I thought the only things available to spec from the factory were the normal items on the options list.

My 1st batch .2 RS also came with yellow stitching but the standard grey door pulls.

I just ordered the parts using a GT4 registration, they cost £412.00 for the pair & took me 30 minutes tops from start to finish to install them.
Interesting and a bit of an oversight by Porsche..Yellow stitching and silver door pulls a big no no nono

Haha , first world problems . Once you get into all the deviated and yellow .... starts to look like a Brothel in Mexico .
With no spec , as it comes , it is fine ..

Well that doesn't sound too bad at all, do you mind if I ask if that price was directly through an OPC and included Vat?

Also happy to say that mine has come with Cup 2's, not that I would have been overly dissapointed with the Dunlops as they were ok on my GT4.

Not at all, it was indeed through OPC & was inclusive of VAT

Thanks, much appreciated! For that price it's silly not to go for them!

Wow.clap That's less than half what it would have cost if specced as cxx option from the factory.
