I didn't realise you still haven't taken delivery of your RS..I always assumed you had it at least a couple of months ago..Any explanation from your OPC on what caused the delay.
BTW GT silver with the Carbon from the Weissack pack looks amazing..I took mine for a 70 mile drive yesterday on wet greasy roads and it was absolutely filthy when i got back..Its when i regret not getting it in GTS which is a much easier colour to live with day to day.

Yes my recent 718 Boxster is GTS as most of my other P cars were, as you allude to they never look dirty even when they are!

I couldn't cope with a black car, but they do look nice and aggressive when clean so kudos to you for putting the effort in with a shammy.. ...

Not really for me thanks and don’t like the look of the wrap over the wing decal, just my opinion though, each to their own.

I looked at samples with the options of decals both under and on top of the PPF,IMO when we put them underneath they just didn't look right so I'm going to have them on top of the PPF

My plastics will all be wrapped and PPF'd but keeping the original finish in satin look,again we tried gloss on the plastics but it looked too much,maybe on a Turbo

Each to there own,no right or wrong!

Have to say I think the brighter colours work really well with the WP....breaks them up a bit and gives you the contrast.

Thats easy,do the job properly with carbon fibre.
Porsche should bury there head in shame sticking crap plastic on such a car.

I think that Dark green RS looks so much better with all the matt black plastic painted Piano Black..However not so much on my Black RS..Porsche should have included all the Carbon bits from the GT2 RS in the Weissach pack for the GT3 RS WP.
I'm replacing all the exterior plastic on mine with Techart Carbon fiber next year as i agree the horrible black plastic really jars with the WP car's Carbon roof,wing,bonnet and mirrors.
I like my new RS so much i intend keeping it for a long time..So i've got plans for it including replacing the plastic with CF, fitting an Antigravity Lithium battery and fit a JCR Titanium exhaust..Much more fun than playing the OPC's silly allocation games just to get the latest time and time again.

What they should so is let you option an external carbon pack....like Audi do on an RS6 for example. Given Audi charge £5k for it I am sure Porsche could relieve people of a sum a bit higher than that....missing.a trick IMHO as it would become a “must have” I reckon.

I agree, I'm looking at changing as much black plastic as possible with Carbon as the former looks naff on such a car and just wished It'd have been an option!

JCR exhaust is interesting now, didn't bother on my GT3

Please keep us updated on both the above please?
